Location: Local office in Denmark/Sweden/Norway
Role Type: 12 Months maternity replacement from August 2024
Reports to: Operations Manager Nordics

The purpose of the role

As a Scheduling Coordinator, you will be crucial in ensuring our audit activities are assigned efficiently and effectively. You will be the primary point of contact for auditors and clients, providing essential information and support to maintain our high standards of service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible to assign Auditor/Audit teams for audit activities
  • Responsible to provide relevant information to auditors about the assignment/s
  • Support clients with for example information about the auditors, procedures and processes
  • Responsible to handle incoming orders from the Sales department
  • Responsible to update client information in iEnable
  • Responsible to handle incoming correspondence and save important information
  • Responsible for the forecast once a week with a goal of a planning horizon of 90% over 3 months
  • Support auditors with new assignments, change of assignments, iEnable updates, utilization planning and monitoring, remote audit registration and monitoring of results etc.
  • Responsible for updating relevant databases with information (e.g. FSSC portal, and other audit tracker)
  • Supporting key clients
  • Support in the work with other Intertek accreditation owners worldwide
  • Support in updating billing information

To excel in the role of Scheduling Coordinator, you must meet the following qualifications and possess these key attributes:

Educational and Language Requirements

  • Completed secondary education or equivalent work experience.
  • Proficiency in both the local language and English, with strong written and oral communication skills.
