We are now looking for a Senior Supply Chain IT Specialist 
 
At Billerud we have tomorrow in mind. Early 2024 we embarked on a company-wide business transformation journey where we are redesigning our end-to-end processes and supporting applications to create a solid foundation for the future. As a Senior Supply Chain IT Specialist at Billerud you will play an important role in this transformation. The primary assignment is to contribute to the development and implementation of Billerud’s Order-To-Cash (OTC) related processes and system support. You will work in the interface between Supply Chain, Sales and IT. During 2025 the focus will be to build, test and start implementing the new solution and processes. 
 
Key tasks

In this role, you will actively participate in and contribute to the transformation program making Billerud easier to work with, better to work for, unlocking our full potential through: 

  • Build, test and implement the structure for the future ERP system landscape within the OTC scope.   
  • Support the implementation of new ways-of working and OTC business systems (ERP and others) in close co-operation with internal and external stakeholders.  
  • Turn business needs into functional requirements in the interface between business and IT. 

 
You will report to Supply Chain Senior Manager Business Support. The team has a strong process focus and operates as a cross-functional unit with the goal of creating structural improvements.  


The position could be based at any of our sites in Sweden, such as: Gruvön, Skärblacka, Gävle, Frövi, Solna or Karlsborg (Kalix). The role will require some travels to our offices during the program’s implementation phase.

To succeed in this position, we believe you have: 

  • University degree in engineering, business administration or equivalent qualifications.   
  • Solid knowledge and interest in the business - IT interface, and the integration of processes with IT infrastructure. 
  • Strong experience with SAP implementations in a business environment (end-to-end), e.g. IBP, PPDS, S&D, TM, EWM etc. 
  • Experience from Supply Chain context such as Sales Order Management, Planning, Outbound Logistics. 
  • Experience from implementing EDI with a large number of partners at the same time. 
  • Proven track record of contributing to structured change initiatives in cross-functional organizations, particularly related to OTC and business IT systems. 
  • Fluency in English is a requirement, both oral and written. Fluency in Swedish is a merit. 

Meritorious:  

  • Documented experience in managing complex projects with agile methods and change management expertise. 
  • Experience of senior stakeholder management.
