Your Role:

As a Customer Service Specialist / Indoor Sales Coordinator, you will play a main role in ensuring excellent customer service on a professional level. From managing customer orders to overseeing the order-to-cash process, you will be an integral part of our Customer Service team at Billerud’ s head office in Solna, Stockholm.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide end-to-end customer service, from order placement to delivery and invoicing.
  • Ensure the smooth flow of the order process during the summer months.
  • Coordinate inventory planning and domestic delivery from external terminals.
  • Handle claims, export documents, and goods inspections to support customer import processes.

  • Ideal candidates are university students or have experience in a similar role.
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written).
  • Proficient in working with various IT systems.
  • Experience working within supply chain and/or logistics is a plus.
