Processing Solutions and Equipment leads a sustainable supply chain, sourcing, producing, and delivering competitive and industry leading Processing solutions and equipment to the food & beverage industry. We strive for leadership in operational excellence with a World Class and long-term mind-set, delivering a cost-effective supply chain and enabling a vertical start-up at customer sites.

We are looking for a Quality Lead, that will coordinate and drive quality within our factory. You will also be the Factory quality representative in the management team and Quality Maintenance pillar leader.

The position is based in Lund.

What you will do
In this role you will ensure that the production follow committed quality specifications, regulations and legal demands. You will also lead, and coordinate actions and analyses related to customer issues. As a Quality Lead you will be a part of the factory management team.

You will focus on
  • Coordinating the overall quality agenda in the factory in collaboration with production, the quality org., supplier management and the business unit
  • Lead root cause analysis & investigations on quality losses (internal non-conformities, Technical Issues & claims) and engage stakeholders to address supplier non-conformities and design issues (engineering)
  • Support production teams with insights and deployments to enable autonomous work on quality issues
  • Member/Leader of the quality pillar & network 
  • Support quality org. during third party and internal audits (ISO 9001, pressure vessel, welding quality etc.)
Who you are
You have a M.Sc. in Engineering or a Technical post-secondary education or 3-5 years’ working experience within quality from the manufacturing industry preferably in the food industry. You have proven experience in leading World Class Manufacturing basic toolkit (single event analysis, 12 step Kaizens, 5W2H, 5WHY etc) and have lead pillar activities. Experience in Quality Maintenance pillar is a plus. Your English skills are excellent, written as well as spoken.

For this position you need to be a strong informal leader, able to influence and engage individuals, teams, and organisations. You enjoy collaboration and have the ability to manage stakeholders across geographies and organisational boundaries. It is important that you are comfortable to work on your own in an independent way.
