Future Talent Programme is a Trainee Program within Tetra Pak. We offer a permanent position from start in September 2025 at our site in Lund. You will onboard an individually designed development program for 18 months connected to a specific position and the Tetra Pak organization. During the program you will participate in trainings and job rotations throughout various parts of Tetra Pak to explore your potential and grow as a person. As a Trainee here with us, you will get to know our entire business and collaborate with colleagues all over the world. And this is just the beginning of your Tetra Pak career!

You will be based in Lund, Sweden but you will work in a global arena.
What you will do
We are looking for one talented, communicative, and driven team player to join us on our journey to transform the end-to-end graphics process and to be the quality leader and first choice of customers!
You will join a diverse team consisting of different engineers. The Prepress & Printing team within D&T IBE at Tetra Pak has the responsibility to develop, maintain and improve global specifications within Pre-Press, Printing & Digital Printing. We are the global owner of various equipment and process specifications and drive optimization and standardization of our value chain.
As our new Future Talent – Development Engineer Pre Press & Printing you will:
- Collaborate within our agile teams: Printing and Digital Printing to reach our targets and ambitions in our various development and lifecycle management activities.
We believe you have
- You have a master’s degree in Mechanical engineering, Printing, Industrial Design, Product Development, Quality Management or equivalent (Graduated 2024-2025)
- It is possible that you have experience with WCM and Scrum/Agile methods.
- You are fluent in English, written and spoken.
- You are flexible/mobile and willing to relocate during internal rotations
- You have good communications skills, written and spoken
- Previous international studies/experience are considered meritorious
As a person you are curious, analytical and a problem solver with an interest in equipment and/or process development. You have a strong willingness to learn and network, you are open to challenges with an eagerness to develop and improve.
