Job Summary

Select, analyse and structure Customer Technical Issues to provide actionable inputs to the Supplier Quality team and securing data quality in SAP tools. Analyse data using tools (Power BI) and drive the required result.

What you will do

• Select, analyse and structure Technical Issues and address to Supplier Quality Engineer. 
• Secure Data Quality in system tools for all Supplier Quality prioritized issues and their related corrective actions/permanent solutions released
• Aid in data analysis for escalated issues and support on documentation on root cause analysis
• Participate in governance forum with the teams to discuss and identify top issues and prioritization for root cause analysis and solution.
• Lead capabilities, methods & tools for Supplier Quality linked to Process 
• Gain expertise in the sub process and continuously enhance in the related areas.

Detailed tasks: 

• Check incoming Technical issues in Supplier Quality dashboard in Power BI
• Aggregation of the issue and creation of Consolidated issue when needed 
• Confirm Technical issue 
• Request return of parts 
• Create a Defect Notification from System tool (Qu-TIP)
• For specific cases (escalated), support Supplier Quality Engineer in data analysis 

We believe you have

• 2 or more years of experience and knowledge in Supplier Management area 
• Working knowledge of SAP
• Excellent analytical skills and experience working with Power BI
• Good stakeholder management skills  
• Excellent communication skills in English (spoken & written)
• Service-oriented mindset with an aptitude for collaboration and teamwork.
