As a Chemical Regulatory Specialist you will work in a Chemical team within our global business line Intertek Assuris. This team are experts on regulatory support and help customers in Sweden and the rest of the world to ensure their products are produced efficiently and in compliance to chemical regulatory standards.


Your duties and responsibilities will include

  • In this role you will be supporting multiple clients in terms of chemical regulations according to the European and Global legislation
  • You will implement joint or leader registrations of substances according to REACH: advice on the strategy to adopt, production of investigation and registration files, management of contacts with SIEFs
  • Write safety data sheets
  • Advise customers in the compliance of chemical products
  • Contribute to business development
  • Ensuring regulatory monitoring
  • Organizer of training sessions on REACH regulations


Who are you?

  • With a higher education in chemistry, chemical engineering, toxicology or equivalent, you have knowledge of the regulations relating to chemical products (e.g. REACH, CLP, etc.) and experience in substance registration according to REACH EU
  • You are customer and organization oriented, have interpersonal skills, capacity for analysis and synthesis, responsiveness, and is taking initiatives
  • Have ability to work in a team and at the same time being able to work independently 
  • Knowledge and practice of biocide regulations is a merit

The role is based in Sweden, ideally Stockholm or around but home office is possible.
