We are now looking for an experienced Sales Manager in the Nordics with a commercial mindset.

As a sales manager you will have a great impact on the current sustainable transformation that Billeruds current and future customers are creating together with us. You will join our European Sales team within division Cartonboard and drive business and sales development for the Nordics market. The team consists of skilled professionals dedicated to maximizing revenue and fostering customer relationships.

As a Sales Manager you will develop business with existing and new customers to meet set growth targets, expanding market share. Working in close collaboration with the Brand Owner Management, Customer Services, Product Management and European Sales teams. Extensive travel within the Nordic region will be required.

Your main tasks will be:

  • Maximize revenue and margin generation by turning the Business Offer into sales.
  • Answer for and fulfil the sales budget for your customer portfolio according to sales strategy and business plan.
  • Establish commercial agreements with customers according to the company’s policy.
  • Identify and develop the customer base within the identified sales area.
  • Initiate, maintain, and develop existing and new customer relations.
  • Identify prospect and build opportunity pipeline to develop new business.
  • Plan and execute activities to meet targets for volume, margin, and customer satisfaction.

To succeed in this position, we believe you have:

  • A university degree in engineering, business or equivalent combination of work experience and education.
  • Minimum 5 years of work experience in global B2B sales or corresponding experience.
  • Strong negotiation skills in high-level commercial discussion.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Swedish, both written and spoken.

We will consider it a plus if you also have good technical and product knowledge, as well as knowledge about our industry and our competitors.
