We are now looking for a Logistics Developer to Billerud logistics team, Skärblacka Mill  

Are you passionate about logistics and looking to make a significant impact within a dynamic organization? In this role, you will provide operational support within your local team and drive development projects aimed at improving logistics solutions across the organization.  

If you are a proactive problem-solver with a keen eye for detail and a drive to enhance logistics processes, this might be the role for you.  

In this role, you will work closely with colleagues both locally and centrally, and you will report to the Senior Manager of Strategic Logistics. 
  
Your main tasks will be:  

• Supporting local logistics in operational matters related to finished goods delivery and development work for Billerud Logistics  
• Investigating and resolving transport-related damages and customer claims   
• Participating in development projects to improve external logistics solutions and administrative processes for whole Billerud  
• Monitoring key logistics performance indicators and ensuring updates in transport-related IT systems and support inventory process.

To succeed in this position, we believe you have:  

• A bachelor’s degree, preferably with a focus on logistics or Supply Chain Management, or other education/experience considered equivalent by the employer. 
• Ability to communicate in English and Swedish at a high, professional level.  
• High proficiency in tools such as Excel, Power BI, or similar for data analysis and reporting.  
• Experience in leading and driving development projects within logistics or supply chain, including successful implementation of process improvements.  
• Strong collaboration and presentation skills with a customer-centric mindset  
• Analytical skills and experience in using data-driven methods to identify improvement areas and optimize logistics processes.  

It is considered advantageous if you have: 

• Experience from investigating and resolving transport-related damages and customer claims.
• Previously worked in an international organization or context
