We are now recruiting a Business Controller to join our Forecast Planning and Analytics (FP&A) team at our headquarters in Lund.

We are looking for you who have experience in Accounting or Controlling, who are early in your career and ready to take your next step.

You will support us with OPEX control and other general controlling tasks, helping us develop within FP&A as Camurus grows. You will be a key partner to our cost center owners, working on varied tasks to support and develop our business and analysis processes. Additionally, you will assist with daily processes to ensure we have the necessary data to analyse and control our financial flows within the business operations.

The role:

• Be part of the OPEX controller team, supporting monthly analysis and discussing and compiling variances with our Accounting Partners.

• Develop ways to improve OPEX analysis and control using Power BI and report in Effectplan.

• Manage accruals and timing of non-recurring costs (outside ERP system).

• Support the OPEX team with analysis and improvement initiatives.

• Internal projects and investment control.

• Support and participate in the budget and forecast process, including Long Range Plan and Last Best Estimates. Help prepare, compile and analyse packages for management and the Board of Directors.

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly estimates of revenue and costs.

• Update and prepare budget reporting systems and supporting documents for upcoming estimations.

• Proactively identify, develop, and implement efficient budget and forecasting processes, participating in projects to streamline workflows and improve digitalization. Enhance forecast accuracy and control of the Group’s budgeted results.
  

Your profile:

We think you have approximately 3 years of experience in accounting or controlling, with the ability to see the bigger picture and apply strong critical thinking.

You thrive in a dynamic business environment and your curious, proactive, and service-minded approach will be a great asset with us. You are an excellent communicator and collaborator and you will enjoy building relationships with different stakeholders.

You master MS Excel, MS Office and PowerPoint. Fluency in in oral and written English is also required.
