Atlas Copco Industrial Technique develops industrial assembly systems for the industry. One of our products is a torque reaction arm with position sensors. This, and our other ergonomic products, increase the productivity and improve the working situation for a very large number of operators around the world every day. We are now further increasing our focus on this product area by adding a dedicated team manager. The Station Ergonomics team today consists of four mechanical designers and are globally responsible for all products facilitating and improving the ergonomics of an industrial workplace. 

Your role
As Team Manager you are responsible for the R&D team. In addition to this, you also handle the role of product manager and the marketing aspects. Your contact network is Business Managers and colleagues globally and locally in Sweden. You report to the R&D manager for Total Workstation & Global Projects and are part of the R&D management team with colleagues in both Sweden and Germany.

City: Nacka, Stockholm. The position includes global travel to our Application Centers and suppliers up to once per month.

To succeed, you will need
You have an academic degree in mechanical design and experience in leading technical teams in development projects. You have an entrepreneurial mind and good communication skills.
