As a SQA Warranty Engineer you will  report to the Service and Quality Assurance (SQA) Manager, you will work within the warranty section of
the Service and Quality Assurance Department. A strong focus for this position is promoting and building uponour focus of pro-active quality and early problem resolution.

qualifications.

Qualifications:
- Mechanical / Electrical / Automotive Engineering degree or equivalent
- Your Swedish and English need to be fluent in writing and verbally.
- Driving license (B) is a must.
- High level of computer literacy with knowledge of Microsoft office programmes. Skills in data analysis preferably in excel with the ability to drill down through the data to establish trends and identify issues.

responsibilities.

Your main responsibilities will be:
- Mass production Quality Assurance and supporting with internal DENSO Service Quality Assurance activities such as reporting and planning
- Handling of customer rejects, pre-investigation and reporting to internal and external customers
- Analysing warranty data, identifying key improvement activities, and escalating those issues to ensure warranty targets are met.
- Monitoring of customer targets and results.
- Leading the problem-solving process within the DENSO organisation and with our external customers.
