SAP CRM Techno/ Functional Consultant
Asignment
Your main tasks are:
- Do the detail design and defining test scope scenarios
- Discuss requirements with business stakeholders
- Providing solutions to projects and services to other teams in developing and maintaining our global solutions
- Demonstrate ownership of assigned deliverables - Deliver on-time, cost, good quality
- Analyzes incidents to identify service restoration actions to be taken
- Assists with classification and prioritization of incidents
- Incident investigation and diagnosis (including resolution wherepossible)
- The resolution and recovery of assigned Tasks/ Incidents
Qualifications
We are looking for you who has:
- SAP CRM Marketing and Service Management functional experience
- Strong ABAP OO
- SAP CRM Documentation
- WebUI framework
- OData Service (it is recommended given project situation, if not, candidate need to pick up quickly)
- Basic configuration experience
- One order framework knowledge
