As Key Account Manager you will play an active role in the growth strategy for the Schaeffler Automotive business. Your focus will be to maintain and develop strong relationships and partnerships with clients, whilst proactively seeking new opportunities to grow our business. In this role, you will collaborate with your customers globally but are stationed from our office on Lindholmen.

  • Proactively target, identify, and contact potential new stakeholders and clients
  • Actively create and build close relationship with engineering and purchasing departments at your accounts
  • Together with the Schaeffler team develop and promote existing and new products to create attractive value propositions, sales presentations, and offers
  • Develop a business strategy and define appropriate measures for its implementation
  • The position require some travels to customers and Schaeffler’s offices

Background and skills
To be successful in this role you have a significant sales experience in Business-to-Business of technical products and good knowledge of automotive development and production processes. You have good knowledge in the areas of engine, transmission, chassis, and E-Mobility. 

You have the experience to moderate between different interest groups and is strong in making target-group oriented presentations. Furthermore, we see that you can recognize growth opportunities and develop implementation strategies.

  • Strong communication skills – English and Swedish fluency is required
