WORK DESCRIPTION 

Are you a strategic expert with a passion for managing IT Operations? We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented IT Operations Manager to lead, optimize and oversee our IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless business operations. As the IT Operations Manager you will oversee the day-to-day IT operations, manage a talented team and work closely with senior management to align IT strategies with our company goals.  

May require after-hours support and availability during emergencies or critical situations.  

ABOUT THE ROLE  

• Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the IT operations team, fostering growth and collaboration. 

• Infrastructure Management: Oversee the maintenance, monitoring, and optimization of IT systems, including servers, networks, and cloud platforms. 

• Service Delivery: Ensure high levels of performance and availability for IT services across all data centers.  

• Incident and Change Management: Develop and implement processes to swiftly address and resolve IT incidents and minimize downtime and disruptions. 

• Budget Oversight: Manage IT operations budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising quality. 

• Vendor and Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with external vendors to ensure effective service delivery and maintain strong partnerships. 

• Documentation and Compliance: Ensure IT operations comply with industry standards and regulations.  

• Innovation: Identify opportunities for process improvements and technology solutions to enhance efficiency and scalability.

ABOUT YOU  

You are a positive, proactive and solution-oriented individual. You have strong technical and analytical expertise, combined with excellent communication skills, both in writing and verbal. You are a team player who enjoys collaborating with colleagues, but you can also work independently.  

You are detail-oriented, organized and have a desire to continuously learn and improve your skills. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable with leading and monitoring multiple projects from conception to completion.

Technical skills 

• ITIL Framework knowledge 

• Cloud computing 

• Cyber Security: Awareness of security principles, threat management and data security 

• System administration 

• Network: Understanding of network infrastructure, protocols and management
