Join us as an Industrialisation Lead for our location in Stockholm, Sweden

Purpose of the role:
The Industrialisation Lead develops and leads the Global Industrialisation activities to ensure standard methodologies for Design for Test and production test system development are in place and executed by all industrialisation teams. The Global Industrialisation Lead will need to work with the development centres and the site-based Industrialisation teams to deliver on the objectives effectively.
Key responsibilities:
  • Define the global Industrialisation processes for Design for Test and Test Development
  • Define, develop and ensure standardisation of production test equipment (HW / SW) and the Test development validation process globally across all Industrialisation teams
  • Ensure deployment and application of Industrialisation processes connected to production test across all Industrialisation teams.
  • Ensure products are developed and fully optimized using Global Design for Test Methodology
  • Deploy and maintain the global functional product testing strategy, including testing standardisation together with the global industrialisation teams, external producers and licensed manufacturers.
  • Collaborate with Core Technology and development centres to govern / execute the standardisation of Test equipment and Design for Test strategy.
  • Process owner of the Design for Test and production test development process.
Your qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree preferable in computer technology, process engineering, electronics, electrical or mechanical domain
  • Business Software and process knowledge
  • At least 5 years of experience on product introduction and Design for Test
  • Experience with functional testing methodology
  • Knowledge of C#, .net or C++ languages represents an advantage
  • Basic knowledge of railway Signalling and/or Infrastructure is a plus
  • Global team management experience and technical project management experience are a plus
  • Fluency in English
  • People management skills, ability to build a strong network of contacts across the business.
  • Strong in building relationships and being a “connector.”
  • Agile communicator with the ability to influence decision makers and build consensus with teams.
  • Ability to deploy strategic initiatives through strong governance.
  • Driven individual with good communication and collaborative skills
