Global SCM Specialist

You will be responsible for defining and executing sourcing strategies to optimize costs, quality, on timedelivery, reliability of suppliers and supplied products to three important factories
At the same time you will work to define and implement supply chain risk mitigation actions to ensure
business continuity. You will be ensuring execution in accordance with Company, PL and Supply
Base Management instructions and procedures.

Support in development and ensures communication/implementation of Global SCM strategies. Improve areas such as Indirect Materials & Services, Transport, Trade & Logistics, Strategic Sourcing, Process & Excellence, Finance, Risk Management and Supply Base Management. Ensure implementation, maintenance and compliance of assigned Supply Chain Management (SCM) activities and initiatives. Supports development and implementation of Global SCM strategies for areas such as Indirect Materials & Services, Transport, Trade & Logistics, Strategic Sourcing, Process & Excellence, Finance, Risk Management, Supply Base Management, Quality and Sustainability.

Your responsibilities:
Leading and managing sourcing projects (e.g. new sources approval, supplier process optimization, design cost out
action, outsourcing).
Negotiation and management of supply contracts/agreements, terms and conditions within defined scope of material
category spend (e.g. price lists definition, breakdown cost updates according to raw material trend, delivery, inventory and
quality terms agreement).
Ensuring identification and selection of appropriate suppliers in accordance with category strategy defined by global and
regional HUB category leaders and in line with Company directives and guidelines.
Managing planning, reporting and tracking of procurement activities and cost budgets.
Minimizing risk regarding quality and financial exposure by buying in accordance with quality and commercial procedures
and in accordance with Company guidelines.

Your background:
- Experience in procurement, sourcing, financial structures, supply chains, profitability and understanding of the supply market
- Adaptability to fast-changing environment, ability to work also in virtual and multicultural environment.
- Out-of-the-box thinking and problem-solving attitude.
- Proficiency with MS Excel and PowerPoint, basic SAP skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills and fluency in business English
